DESIGN SINTEZ   

Cut Base -  Additional module to Design Sintez. Creates graphic model - scheme for cutting of sheet materials (sq.m.). for manufacture of furniture. The module is connected in system Design Sintez. You  use the graphic projects as a basis, and calculated quantity of materials in module Calc Base  at automatic cutting or to use using manual entering of elements and choice of a material.

Razkrojk2   Cutting  mades on the base of the current graphic project (open and active) and connected materials to the counted up quantity on elements (Formation of  price offer - > Register of elements).  At each addition of new units or correction of existing in the project you must  generate the price offer and to open Register of elements again.   So you update the register with the quantity of element base of  participating in the project units, used from modules for cutting.  Certainly,  it is possible, if you have created respective nomenclatures: materials, elements and units. Subject of cuttting are materials and elements with a unit of measure "sq.m" only .

The modules, which generate multielement sites, automatically keep the information on it to what countries of an element must be added an edgeband. At Automatic cutting those countries, by which is added edgebands , are marked automatically.


The button Moves the contents of units on elements in Excel in the dialogue form sends  in used from the system  file PROEKTI.XLS (or Proekti.ods - depending on chosen the program for printing of  information in the module " Parameters of system " ) the detailed list with all elements which have constructed units, irrespective if  they are subject of cutting or not (the units with units of measure different from sq.m. do not participate in cutting). The detail sizes are shown in a unit of measure "mm".

Above the detailed list is shown an inventory of used in project materials. It  contains information about: 1.  Name of material, 2. Number of details (elements) from it for cutting; 3. Calculated necessary quantity of this material; 4. Material unit of measure; 5. Approximately necessary number of sheets of the chosen material (for sheet materials) 6.Edgeband quantity, including the given technological expenses  (the value of the technological expense is given in the form Cutting parameters). 

2.The generalized list of details including: detail name, its number and dimensions,   measure unit and quantity of each element.




The maximal number of elements for cutting is 100000 (maximal number of different heights of elements on Y - 100, and for each height - up to 1000 elements with different length on X). The size of an element on a direction of texture (vein)  is height of an element.

 

The operation executes one after another for all sheet materials in the project. There is no limitation for repeating of material.  .In the list with elements are loaded only elements, connected with the concrete marked material, subject of cutting.

The chosen material is possible to cut off on it external dimensions. So at cutting of elements will be not roughnesses or deformations at the ends of sheets.  The entered values for deprivation of a sheet are remembered by default for the concrete project at each start of the automatic cutting.
  The distances for deprivation can be defined for each side separately or for all sides  with identical value. When it is necessary to be done(made) for each sheet separately, put a mark in a field
Change values for deprivation from each sheet. So after the cutting of each sheet will be shown the reduced dialogue form for definition of deviations for the next sheet .Standardly sizes of a sheet on X and Y answer on a texture of  material. The module automatically turns the sizes of elements depending on their position in coordinate system of unit. The purpose - that cutting was made on a direction to a texture  ("vein")  of the sheet. .When you work with one-colour materials you  can "turn" a sheet, adding a mark in a field the Transformation  of the sheet sizes.   Cutting of a sheet realizes taenioidly (ribbon-like): from left to right and from below upwards. So you will receive other disposal of elements on sheets. Each groove can be cut on 3 additional grooves etc. in a geometrical progression. From here you receive other scheme  of ordering of elements on sheets.

The button,marked in an example, opens the form for entering Parameters of cutting, set on default at each start of operation.  The value Thickness of knife can be changed for cutting of each material. The mark on Allows change of dimensions  of sheets gives you an opportunity to change the sizes on X and Y with the purpose cutting of big  residual components of the chosen material.

Technological expenses of material- edgeband -  Sets a value, which must be added to the length of each edgeband  element nomenclature. The entered value must be in cm. 

 Save elements as blocks gives  you an opportunity to manipulate with separate elements in the drawing ( together with their names and sizes). You can remove(take off) a mark, when the names of elements are too long or you want to change the texts (module 2D Text).

Add names of elements and units - the option allows you  to give up addition of the names of elements and units in the scheme of the cutting  material when till the reason of the small sizes of materials the texts are blocked each other or pass in the next elements. It makes the drawing confusing.  

 Marks the countries of elements subjects of edging - Regulates whether   there will be put markers on the countries of elements or not. Parameter is valid irrespective of a kind of cutting.

The minimal size of a font - You can reduce size of a font on 0.02 if the names of elements are  very long and  turns out an overlapping with the next elements

Unit of measure - The section is added in the form for manual and automatic cutting. Here you can choose a unit of measure for dimensioning  of elements on the cut-sized sheet.

Shows a  list of elements under the cutted  material - This option definesa place of the names of the cutted details - on details or in list under each sheet. If the option is not chosen, the names of elements are on the cuuted sheet. This  can become a reason about names overlapping and unattractiveness of the drawing. When the option is active each detail receives number and under each sheet there is a list. This list contains: 1. detail number ; 2. Unit name; 3. Detail name and it sizes.

 In these cases it  is necessary to mark Allows change of dimensins of sheet   too, that could enter the sizes of the next sheets after cutting of the  residual material.The mark which  allowing change of the sizes, become inactive automatically after the end of operation. The button Forward initializes (activates) the process of cutting. Opens the service project "gen_wyzel_otgore_COPY" (for cutting) and a  form  Elements for cutting.  


   Here are listed all details for cutting and their sizes in meters ( irrespective of a chosen unit of measure in the form "Cutting parameters"). Use butons Turns the dimensions of specified by default details and Turns the sizes of the marked details to rotate the detail sizes.  The first button  turns all details specified in the form Parameters and controls by default (module Cabinet--->page Elements) automatically.  The second button turns only the specified in the list details,  (marked rows).

 The elements in the list can be sorted by columns: "Element name", Dimensions "on X" and "on Y", "Element No" (press  left button on a column name). The sorting is carried out unitary, under the ascending order of values. The column Element name sorts in alphabetic order.
The button Print element's list shows on the screen a list of elements for cutting and their sizes.This list can be printed out.

Button Edgebands Open the dialogie form  Choice of edgebang. Here operator can set those edgebands, which will be shown as "thick" on a cutting card (edge of doors for example) and those which will be "thin".By default is set "thin" edge. To designate it as "thick" mark a line and if you want change colour. If you have any elements connected to a material, which is specified as "thick" in the "Nomenclature materials ", this flag will be marked automatically in the list and in a cutting map. The operator can choose (change) the colour of "thin" edge mark, too. To save the made corrections press  the button Save.


Cut the element, Do not cut the element - These buttons add or exclude elements from the list for cutting. Mark an element for exclision and press the button Do not cut the element. If you want to add already excluded element again to the list, mark it and press the button  Cut the element. You can make a group selection of elements. For not next  mark necessary rows keeping a key Ctrl pressed.

Element No  - Here is shown element position from its previous cutting. The purpose it is more good orientation of the operator for cutting optimization.

  When you have made all changes, press the button  Cutrting to continue. For a cancellation of operation press Stop operation. The service project closes and you returs in the original project.

 The project - file, in which makes cutting , saves  in directory (folder) "C:\acad_pic\temp".  At repeated start of cutting of the same material from the same project, already existing file overwrites from the new. If you want to keep it, change its name after cutting. The cutting mades on sheets.  Above each one sheet shows an information about the name of the project, about a material, about deprivation on the countries, about the total  used space from a respective sheet and about residual  
l not cutted area  (the rest of material).  Elements described as sizes, name of an element and unit, to which it belongs.  All of them are written down as blocks (like units) with an identical base point and it is not recommended to move them manually from one sheet on another for example. The reason - if you have  entered completeness of a knife, at moving an element it can not be marked as distance to the other elements.  Depending on number of cutted sheets, the project will be scaled automatically with the purpose to be seen all sheets on the screen. To see in details concrete sheet, use operation Scale - area or only Scale. By similar way you can prepare for printing each sheet separately. In the dialogue form for printing it is necessary to choose Window < , to define the scaled area of the screen (if you did not scale such, in the form for printing in section Plot area mark Extents before a choice of area from the screen - button  (Window <)).


Manually entering of elements

This method gives you an opportunity to avoid an direct dependence of the cutting as operation, which is quite connected with the current graphic project. Using it, you can cut off a sheet material, entering  manually elements, their sizes, names and belonging to unit (free text). Mode (Way) of work and parameters  (and   logic of the cutting too) are  similar of automatic definition of elements.

Sequence of operations

1. Open  New empty project and save  it  under yours user  name (Save project FORM) in a chosen from you  folder.

2. The system will activate the module automatically (Horizontal menu > Operations > Cutting > Cutting  of materials PRO) in a mode for  manual entering of the elements.

3.  Choose a material - use the button Material. The form for a choice of a material from entered in the Nomenclature of materials loads . Mark a material and press the button Set.

4.  The button New opens a new row  in the list. In fields under the inventory you must enter a name of an element, its sizes and number. All fields are indispensable for fill in, excepting a Name of unit.  Obligatory for entering are all fields without marks indicating countries , on which will be put the marker for ending an element with edgeband.  For maximum fast entering of elements, after each entering  in a field press the button Enter. The cursor moves from  field to a field.
      When the used material has a textute  (paint, i.e. material is not one-colour), then value of elements On Y is a direction of "paint" of a sheet.

The copying of elements and addition of their copies in the inventory saves time at the description of homogeneous elements with the similar or identical     description. The button Turns  X-Y enables to change values  on axes, which subsequently at cutting will define other position for an element (for one-colour materials).

5. If you have entered all necessary elements, press the button Set. It closes the current form and loads the next form (for the settings of  the cutting). Specify adjustments and press the button Cutting. Cutting  makes in the current project. The inventory of the entered  elements saves  under a name of the project in a directory (folder) "C:\acad_pic\temp".

Approximately necessary number of sheets of the chosen material ( subject of cutting) -  Calculates number of the necessary sheets depending on their sizes on base Total  volume -sq.m. (sum of all elements)  and entered Percent of  losses at calculation of necessary number of sheets,.

After the end of the cutting , when the option Doesn't cutt material on the screen is active , in the form are shown the fields Total number of cutting sheets and  Sheet for printing . Here you can enter number of a sheet for visualization on the screen or for printing on the printer (use two additional buttons below). For consecutive printing of all sheets activate the button "printer". The counter will be overturned automatically for each next sheet.

Additional options and parameters by default at Manual cutting:

Value in a field  Percent of  losses at calculation of necessary number of sheets  regulates in % (previously and approximately, by your estimation) will be the expected  loss of a material at cutting. It  is used for calculation of necessary number of sheets on base by a total sum in sq.m. of elements, subjects of cutting  + calculated percent (%)  of the losses (sq.m.). The option is active only at manual cutting.

The option Doesn't cutt material on the screen defines how  will be made cutting: whether it will be  seen on the screen or in a background mode. If you  mark an option, the process of the cutting will be executed, but will not be shown on the screen.. It reduces time of cutting with about 80 %. Include an option at large cuttings (above 100 sq.m.). The purpose of this action is to avoid  the degating of your computer till the reason of insufficient memory and reduction of time for cutting

Additional operations in the form for change of the sizes of a sheet and deprivation from the sheets.

Number of the next  sheet - shows an information about number of next  sheet for cutting.

The rest for cutting - shows the information about total residual volume from a material in sq.m. for cutting.


When you close the project, the program asks whether  you want to keep an entered  set of elements or not. If you answerYes, then it is kept and you can use it again. If you don't want to keep it, press No.

To load again same inventory with elements, open the project with it pevious cutting  and remove its content on the screen (not in the form). So at start of operation the made already set of elements and chosen material from previous cutting will be kept.
